A quantitative theory is well developed and successfully applied in many different areas of technology related to the reception, processing and transmission of information.
High-speed personal computers, powerful database, high-level programming languages, global information net firmly enter in the life of modern man.
In the technology age people easily becomes an appendage of the "smart" machines network.
And modern psychology in turn is increasingly using computer analogy to describe the mental processes of human being.
Sensitivity training - attempt to consider the information processes from a position of knowledge about man's place in the world and one’s interaction with reality.
What do the traditions, which explore the human being and man’s interaction with the world, know about of the information?
How will be the points of view on information looked through the knowledge about perception offered by psychology? What would be taste of information taken ….
We will endeavor to see how the mechanisms of human perception work and will pay special attention to the limits of our perception.
Man is composed of men, is made of men, and made by men.
Building of the physical body, socialization, forming a system of beliefs - all these processes is present in each one's life.
As a result person is able to see the world somehow, to think about world somehow and communicate somehow with others.
This is human mechanism of perception, and one may say that every culture has own standard of perception and each ethnic group has their own one.
Each particular culture has a certain standard possibilities of perception, which is formed through the lessons of socialization.
While the child grows, while child is brought up, he is been explained what is possible, what is not, what is good, what is bad.
This generates judgmental thinking, which is the positive or the negative perception of any events or objects of the world.
Next more complex concepts are formed: the image of a friend, an enemy, a good man, bad man, etc.
The field of education engaged in this busyness, so a certain system of images is being formed, on which our perception is based.
Filling of this system is quite complicated, because it is necessary to form a human being to adapt one into society, that one will be able to communicate with other people, that one knew the law: legal codes, traffic regulations as well as how to behave oneself with others politely.
It’s required to give person some professional education, to form in person necessary "buttons" and make sure they work - and one is manageable, not dangerous and socially adapted.
This process, though it lasts long enough, takes certain time. If a child leaved ten years with wolves, one will be well adapted to the wolf, but not to the human society.
Initial programs of social adaptation somehow work out at a certain age, and then they're gone.
Now let's think a bit about the limitations.
What are the real limitations of this wonderful instrument - the human mind and more specifically the part of it which deals with perception?
What is the perception anyway?
Are we always able to perceive something?
When, in what case we perceive something?
For instance, we can recognize and name the person only if we are acquainted with one.
Perception - is always recognition.
We can not see what we do not know.
By no available organs of perception we can come in touch with something what has no representation in our world’s description.
Thus, I see that I know of.
And my knowledge is also not hanged in the air also.
They are based on some specific postulates, in other words there must be some axioms, some things that I take for granted, assigning them the status of existence.
This is something that is definite and unquestionable - that's what I believe in.
And I believe unconditionally in what I see.
The circle is complete at this point: I see what I know, I know what I believe in and I believe in what I see.
Here is always complied the exact balance between what one sees and what one knows, i.e. between the perception that in one’s real life and one’s personal description of the world.
Considering the whole process of perception we may say that the destruction and the creation of the world are happening at any given moment of time.
At each moment a selection is happened from objects of realty according to given description and creation of the very same picture of the world, the picture of realty which appears before our senses.
In this sense, at any moment the world is created all over again by each person.
It is happening with such tremendous speed that we can not see it of course.
Ancient books 1000, 2000, 5000 years ago wrote about this procedure.
It is in the Vedas. The ancient seers had serious conversations about the illusory nature of the world.
The ancients said - there is no object without a subject.
Of course, there is not and indeed can not be, because if there is no the object in my subjective description of the world, so there is no it in my perception as well.
And in this sense every moment I am making here my personal objective reality given to me in my feelings.
What is inside, the same is outside; what is in description, the same is in the picture, i.e. in perception.
However, it appears that most of the limitations imposed in the process of socialization are more or less conditional, and there are many methods which allow removing these restrictions and transforming them.
How can we change our capacity of perception in the area of information and energy?
There are various kinds of psycho-techniques for this purpose.
In fact, any Psycho-technique is a crutch for the consciousness with taboo, for consciousness which can not be off somewhere.
And suddenly it turns out, if you use some clever way, some technique, it is possible to circumvent the ban.
There are two ways to use these crutches, and I would like to distinguish between them clearly.
There is a conscious version and an unconscious version.
Let's begin with some simple example.
For example, pendulum or frame.
Now it has already become common place.
No one is surprised when somebody works with frame or pendulum, or with writing by the ponder motive.
A person is offered a tool.
One is told: “You, of course, do not know any special, but there is such a wonderful thing, and if properly handle it and ask the questions, it is possible to get answers from this thing."
It means it is possible to obtain information, which actually is not the subject of your personal experience and comes from "out where", from some "place" or “space”.
The “places” could be various depending on what kind of description of the universe this system of beliefs suggests.
A person may appeal to the representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations from Orion or Saturn or great teachers that exist somewhere in the depths of space, or some other subtle energy flow and start to receive information.
In his/her description of the world may appear something that allows one "to go out" off somewhere to connect with something to get new information or to meet a new opportunity.
Nowadays there are many systems operate under the myth of bio-energy, various methods of interaction with the energy flows and fields.
You are told in details what color of health is, the color of disease is, what chakra looks like, how inflammation or tumor is felt, for example.
That is, once you bring into your description of the universe some new concepts, some new notations then after some time with aid of certain exercises you begin to see the aura, feel the flow of energy and diagnose the condition of various objects.
This can be a work with some sounds, vibrations, when a person perceives the sound of one or the other object.
It is possible to see different colors or use tactile sensations to obtain accordingly some information.

However, all these systems are unconscious.
In each of them it’s explained how something looks "in reality."
And any of these systems at risk may become pathogenic.
The term "pathogenic belief system" was coined by Vladimir Danchenko.

From my point of view, the system becomes pathogenic when a person moves from a situation of working with some tools into a situation where one begins to live in this system and perceive the world in other way.

Another life begins in the new belief system - life in the new reality.

The only professionalism in mastering our own individual consciousness as a tool only can provide stable immunity against any pathogen systems, which enslave consciousness.
Thus, the ways of transferring information to the channels of sensation may be conscious or unconscious.
What are the specific features of conscious methods which are the crutches of our consciousness as well as the methods of our unconscious?
They are distinguished only by that the person not only understands the images, which he receives on the perception channels, but also clearly aware of their convention, illusory.
There is a form only passed on and received; this is the specifics of perception.
In order to get information we need to fill in a form with content, and if this form is rigidly connected with certain content for us, awareness moment leaves, awareness becomes a redundant and unneeded for work, and the system is gradually turning into pathogen.
If there is no such connection between form and content then other options to work with the form may arise.
For example, there was this experiment done. Two people were taught to see the aura.
One has been told that red color is the color of aggression, and blue one is - color of protection. So he learned like this. Same time another one has been taught other wise that blue is color of aggression, and red one is - color of protection.
Then they were invited into experiment room to diagnose.
Someone sat down and put imaginary energy protection around oneself.
First one was asked:
- What do you see?
- Blue color.
- What does he do?
Then was invited the other one:
- What do you see?
- Red color.
- What does he do?
Information/content (protection) they both got correct and same one, however the reality/form (colors) was for them different.
In principle it is no matter what color or smell, or any other sense has been used. Realization of this is what awareness moment is.
What is important that we were able to provide receiving necessary information on the channels of sense.
- Form is ascribed to specific content, and it rigidly defines perception of form,
- Or human being creates the language in which one would speak with reality.
There is a huge space for creativity.
The ancients said – “Tao does not preclude the existence of human illusions”.
Indeed why Tao would care of it?
What's the difference what color or odor a person feels?
In different cultures it is organized differently.
For example, energy channels may look unlike.

How do changes in description of the world occur?

This may be, for example, "hypnosis" of group, group influence.
If there is accepted some sort of belief system in the group, then a person as part of this group takes in this system, adapts or as psychologists say internalizes it.
The system of ideas of this group is already and absolutely insensibly one’s own system of ideas.
This is the mechanism of any shut in sect.
As you know, there are many miracles happened in sects, which are not seen by the uninitiated people.
But people can see things for others completely inaccessible when they are within a closed mental space within the same belief system.
And it will happen as long as one does not cease to be conditioned by external world and will not make the process of completing forms mindful.
But a person can enter into belief system, identify with that one need to fill a form by content which is needed to accomplish one’s objectives, to work it out within this system, and after that get out of it.
What can be attractive the various belief systems?
Let us assume a modern version of the bio-energy work with aura, energy flows, and frames and so on.
Many of them give certain strength, certain power, certain features, and some of people that work on these things find in these a spot for social realization, social territory.
At some moment, when a person feels the power and capabilities of particular belief systems one becomes, on the one hand, more powerful; on the other hand, it appears as if one got caught by this power, by this system.

So, either you get the information by entering a system of symbols in a form appropriate to your system, or you are looking for this frame of reference, observing yourself and other people.
Let us think about for example the space of dream.
It is also a very interesting space to look for information.
Here are two options again.
One option – at first you learn your own dream’s symbolism and then can already interpret a storyline in accordance with this symbolism.
It's a long and tedious work.
The second option, in contrast, is quite simple but foolish.
For example you look into girl’s dream book by Lenormand and interpret your personal dream literally as written.
However, if you take a coding system of Lenormand and accept it for yourselves, then this option has become meaningful.
Eventually you will begin to dream your dreams in the symbols of Lenormand or of Mueller or somebody else.
And it can be not that stupid at all.
So, I would like to tell about the training that we have been providing for many years.
Training of perception or sensitive training aims to improve the human skills in the area of control own instrument of perception.
There are simple principals formed the bases of the training as follows.
The first principle is ideological and declares that every person contains all the information about the entire universe.
If you accept it then the whole problem of information is reduced to the problem of getting this information out to the channels of sensations.
The second principle is technological.
For any problem we can formulate can be created the sensory space in which the solution of this problem is available directly on the channels of sensation.
Here it is referred to a way of working when person can create a particular sensory space depending on the task, set up a system of symbols (you may speak in NLP-language and say, “anchors”), so one consciously designs the language to speak with reality to get the required information.
We endeavored to make this training in the way to operate in ordinary state of consciousness.
And this is one more fundamental point, it was planned to create a system suitable for people living in the real open society and not in an ashram or monastery.
This is a very effective system of psychological training for people who do not have enough time to practice meditation or practices that require complete engagement and concentration, for people who because of conditions of their work are not able to go into deep altered state.
Suppose you want to diagnose something, but it is not possible to dive in mediumistic trance or use exotic shamanic practices.
This training has been developed especially to learn work with personal information tool in ordinary state of consciousness.
One of the basic exercises of the training is the art of extracting structure from background, i.e. select the requiring information for a particular purpose only.
Intelligent use of this ability allows you stay away from any methods of altered states of consciousness.
Activity of consciousness does not change if you properly organize extracting structure from the background.
Training was called differently in different places.
Somewhere it was called psycho-technique of diagnostic, somewhere - the school of individual consciousness or course of rational psycho-technique, sometimes called psycho-technique of business or psycho-technique of martial arts.
We did sensitive training to develop some specific skills.
Depending on the work the person is engaged you can even generate some "organs of sensations" - "organ" of four-dimensional vision or organize, for example, "lie detector" in the channels of perception.
Actually the tool for work with sensory spaces itself is non-specific thing.
So it is studied in non-specific way.
Most of the training exercises have no practical use, for example, works with the matches and many others.
They are intended for the development certain non-specific abilities that could be used later in a particular field of activity.

Let us now consider the algorithm for constructing sensory space.
Imagine that you have a whole one and you want to know something about it - it is the task of diagnosis.
This can be a computer, a person or some situation, it can be anything taken as the whole.
And in this case you of course know what parameters of the whole to be obtained.
Next, you have a set of your feelings.
In psychology these are called perceptual modalities and sub-modalities.
The five senses are the main modalities.
On the visual channel sub-modalities are a variety of colors, brightness and the various forms; on the auditory channel it can be noises or chords and the volume of sound, on the other channel smells, etc.
The first task of sensitivity training is to develop a palette of sensations to work with the information.
These called cleaning channels of sensations.
The result is a certain set of feelings that we can reproduce at.
It is believed that they are best used as an initial palette.
When it comes to the visual channel, this is visualization, i.e. I can imagine a red, blue, yellow.
On the tactile channel - I can feel the heat, cold, recall feeling of soft, hard, ribbed, spiny, and so on.
About twenty of such sub-modalities you are able to imagine and feel on the tactile channel.
And so on the other channels also.
Basically of course we are working with tactile and visual channels for the simple reason that it is easier deal with them, however from the point of mechanism of functioning there is no principal difference between the channels.
So, you have a palette, and you face the task of getting some information. .
The first step of constructing the algorithm for sensory space - is the building of a system of notation, legend i.e. we identify form with a certain meaning.
In this case, the set of forms is your palette, and sense is the information that you want.
Let’s say I want to measure somebody’s blood pressure.
First of all, I need to establish the legend.
For example, we are going to see information on the moving center.
(This is also a channel of information, quite common).
Standard methods – to many of you is known - the ruler is put to forearm, take a gold ring on a string etc…
The space that we create can be called sensory map of the task.
Naturally as more the space is developed as more detailed response can be obtained.
Sensory map is the language to talk with reality, or with itself, or with the ocean of knowledge and power, or with the information field, which every human being as a part of the universal hologram has - no matter what with, the language may be the same.
So, at first we establish some language.
The second stage is the calibration.
This step uses data obtained by independent mode.
For example, I have 5 patients.
Masha’s blood pressure is defined by ringlet and measure instrument is the same.
Next - look at this same ruler, checked the device - the same.
Next Peter - the same.
Next Bob - the same.
This is the calibration stage of your instrument.
As a result you have verified that it works.
Next - the fifth patient.
Now, measure the blood pressure of Nick.
At this point I have already had some trust in the space.
If there is no trust in the instrument – it is the state in which I can do nothing
The third principle of sensitivity training, methodological, is nonattachment to the result of the action.
Man should not be interested in the result in any way.
And the space we could create as something else entirely.
We could have a different agreement.
Let's say, this ruler is drawn on the floor, then you can let go of your body to deal with the diagnosis, give him a task that it stood at first where the blood pressure is lower, and the second time - where the top.
It also outputs data on the moving center.
You can visualize this ruler and identify pressure by two red dots; one can imagine a computer screen and so on.
The ways of displaying information on the channels of sensations could be a lot.
This is the place of art - a huge room for your imagination.
And the third stage - this is the process of obtaining information.
Now by the same positive thought form you get the information from this space.
Any techniques that are worth something are built precisely same way.
Sometimes a person just sees a lot of different colors, some structures.
This situation is quite common.
For example, a person says:
- I see here the red, here the green, and then spiral twists, there it is flow in, and here it goes out.
- What does this mean?
- I do not know - I see it.
It is as in "Wheel of Fortune" - participant is asked: What are you insured from?
And one says: "I guessed all the letters but could not read the word."
For the verbal, mental level it sounds funny, but at the level of perception it very often turns out to be real.
You can dream dreams and do not grasp their meaning, see the aura and do not understand the meaning of its colors.
You can feel something by hand, but it is not clear to you what these feelings mean.
It's already good, already something to work with, but that's not second sight.
So, the conscious way of establishing language insures a person from the fact that one "can not read the word."
So any text on the level of feelings, which one will receive in this space, one will be able to read and more or less consciously interpret.
At the sensitive training we are studying sensory spaces only in terms of diagnosis.
But in the same space the impact may occur also.
For example, I took a space for measuring blood pressure, and here I can change the blood pressure as well.
So I visualize it.
Assume it is high.
With acquired skill you can learn how to reduce it, while you are looking at the same scale and see it goes down.

It is important to note that when it comes to effects, it must be done huge preliminary work, associated with the ethics of impact and, of course, with the ethics of working with information.
Sensitive training increases the flexibility of consciousness and stability in various modes of perception.
The training develops the one’s ability to reset oneself and quickly shift from one system to another.
There are options of the total transition, when a person is completely changes his/her state perception to different one with all his/her sensations.
This of course, requires a very high qualification, but there are local cases when you're go to some other space just by small part of the palette, work in it and get out.
Such options are softer, more secure and safe to work with.
There is gradual increase in ductility of consciousness is happened in these cases.
Man gets skill to manage these transitions, the skill to manage one’s view of the world.
One of the main goals of sensitive training is to make people more aware, less externally addicted, and programmed, more liberated of automatisms.
Knowledge of the mechanism and properties of information processes taking place in our minds gives possibility to disidentify oneself with the role of the unconscious conductor to stop being the part of a mechanism.
The man has a wonderful informational instrument which is much more advanced than the best modern computers, so the view of the theory of information in terms of human perception may be much more productive than a glance at the person from the position of a computer analogy.

We were taught to listen to ourselves, to our feelings, and most importantly - trust them (we validate them in practice with great surprise during the training).
In other words, the training has freed us from the estimates and mistrust of ourselves, that often hold back our growth and development.
And yet, all four days of training, I had a feeling that I am in class at Hogwarts, at the school where Harry Potter learns.

When I was going to take training, 1 assumed that these classes will be for me as a person engaged in various practices for over 15 years, something of a "tribute traditions of the school," or a kind of "agreement on the terms of the" no more.

Complete delight caused all meditations included in the training course.

I will not even allocate any separately, it would be unfair.
And finally, when the training course is over, nothing ends.
Most of the exercises can be and must be successfully practiced at home and at work, and in any free time, unless of course to pick them in a way that would not make people around you are out of your mind...

Sensitivity training - is a set of very useful exercise, based on clear and simple theoretical postulates.
Disclosure of additional information and data channels is an exciting pastime.

Man begins to see how through one’s actions - internal and external - one shapes reality.
Self-image is changing, expanding.
A person ceases to be a passive victim of life's circumstances.
Belief in own capabilities and desire to create appear.
The boundaries of perception of the world are expanding: the world turns out voluminous and saturated with different colors and sounds, and man in it - better-off, because even most cherished desires begin to be executed, and one can fuller realize oneself.
It is important that the effect of sensitive training continues after it is done.
Not only because many of the proposed exercise could be advantageously practiced.
But the main point is that sense of inner freedom begins to unfold, manifest in everyday life penetrating into the every moment, making it a vibrant and full of meaning. This process no longer needs a leader: person gets access to his/her own inner source of inspiration, joy and creativity.
